摘要
应用斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)半定量测定法,对血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)进行检测并与火箭电泳自显影法进行比较.结果表明,斑点ELISA法的灵敏度为3.125～6.250ng/ml,3份血清样品重复性试验证明批内与批间差异均不超过一个稀释度.对87例血清标本AFP的测定结果与火箭电泳自显影完全相符.
A semi-quantitative dot enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecting serum alpha fetoprotein (AFP) is reported. The results showed that the sensitivity of AFP detected with this method was 3.125～6.250ng/ml. The test had a good repitition in one dilution, within batch and between batches. The value of AFP determined in 87 serum samples with dot ELISA was in accord with the results of rocket immunoelectrophoresis autoradiograghy.
