济南假单胞菌疫苗对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的激活作用

ACTIVATION OF MURINE PERITONEAL MACROPHAGES BY PSEUDOMONAS JINANESIS VACCINE

本文研究了济南假单胞菌疫苗(PJV)对C_(57)BL/6小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的激活作用.结果表明,腹腔注射PJV(40mg/Kg)能够明显激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,增强其细胞溶解作用和增殖抑制作用.PJV激活的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,在有LPS(10ng/ml)存在的条件下,能在体外分泌肿瘤坏死因子(TNF).用钙离子通道剂A_(23187)(1μmol/L)预处理巨噬细胞,再加入LPS,则可显著增加其刺激作用.A_(23187)单独使用不能诱导TNF的分泌.

Activation of murine peritoneal macrophages and induction of endogenous Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNH) in vitro by Pseudomonas Jinanesis Vaccine (PJV) were studied in C_(57)BL/6 mice, and compared with the effect of Corynebacserium parvum (CP) as control. Peritoneal macrophages could be markedly activated by intraperitoneal injection of PJV (40mg/Kg) for tumor cytolysis and cytostasis. Intraperitoneally activated macrophages secreted TNF in vitro in the presence of LPS( 10ng/ml ), and this effect was significantly increased by previous addition of Calcium ionophore A_(23187) ( 1μmol/L ), but A_(23187) itself could not induce TNF secretion.
