冠心病介入治疗术前、后血浆vWF:Ag、GMP-140、D-D的动态观察

Dynamic Change of Serum vWF:Ag, GMP-140, D-D between Pre-and Post-operation of Coronary Heart Disease Intermediate Therapy

目的 :研究经皮冠状动脉腔内成型术 (PTCA)术前、后血浆vWF :Ag、GMP 14 0、D D动态变化 ,提示损伤血管内膜后血液凝血 -纤溶平衡的改变及程度 ,以对抗凝、抗血小板治疗的时间及强度有指导作用。方法 :分别于术前、术后即刻、术后 4h、术后 2 4h、1w、30d ,采取等量的静脉血 ,采用相同抗凝法及保存法 ,并用ELISA方法测定。结果 :PTCA术前、术后不同时间血浆中GMP 14 0、D D、vWF :Ag均不相同 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,术后 30天与术前无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :观察PTCA术前、术后血浆中血小板、血管内皮细胞的分子标志物的动态改变 。

Objective: To study the change of serum vWF :Ag, GMP-140, D-D at pre- and post-operation of PTCA to distinct the change of coagulation-fibrinolysis balance and its degree after the injure of endothelium and its directive effect on the time and intensity of anti-coagulation and anti-platelet treatment. Metheds: The same amount of venus blood of 106 patients at pre-operative time, immediate, 4 h,24 h,1 week,30 day after operation were taken by the same anti-coagulation and store method. ELISA-method was used to access. Results: At pre-operation and the different time of post-operation of PTCA, the serum GMP-140, D-D, vWF: Ag are different (P<0.05),while without variation between 30 days after operation and pre-operation(P>0.05). Conclusion: The observation of dynamic change of serum platelet and vascular endotheliocyte marker at pre- and post-operation time of PTCA have directive effect on the post-operative therapy.
