摘要
应用免疫胶体金银法(IGSS),对电针效应及P物质(SP)与5-羟色胺(5-HT)体外孵育淋巴细胞的SP与5-HT受体的影响进行了观察,并分为电针、纳洛酮阻断电针和对照三组进行对比研究.结果表明,对照组淋巴细胞在无外界条件影响下,细胞表面可见棕黑色颗粒,其反应强弱不一,有的稀疏、散在,有的则密集或呈帽状.在电针效应或外加SP与5-HT孵育的条件下,淋巴细胞表面的反应颗粒均可增多(P<0.5),纳洛酮可阻断此作用.提示淋巴细胞表面有SP和5-HT受体存在,且电针效应及SP与5-HT体外孵育对其免疫反应有影响,其机制可能是通过淋巴细胞本身释放免疫性阿片样肽实现的.
By means of immune gold -silver staining (IGSS),we studied the effects of electroacupuncture (Ea) and incubation with Substance P (SP)or 5-Hydroxytryptamnine (5-HT)on the lymphocyte receptors of SP and 5-HT. we found that there were 5-HT and SP receptors located on lymphocytes and that IGSS dark brown granules were distributed on the surface of lymphocytes, either scattered or crowded in cap-like groups. Ea or incubation with SP or 5-HT could increase IGSS reactions significantly. This suggests that Ea or incubation with SP or 5-HT may enhance the activity of the unbound SP and 5-HT receptors (P<0.05). Since Naloxone(Nx) is an opioid like peptide receptor antagonist, the reverse effects of Nx may indicate that either under incubation with SP or with 5-HT in vitro their effects on lymphocytes receptors may be mediated by opioid like peptide receptors.
