摘要
介绍涤棉混纺织物的阻燃机理和阻燃整理工艺,讨论了阻燃剂的配置,织物前处理、乳化剂和粘合剂的选择、碱减量、焙烘条件对阻燃效果的影响,试验结果的有关主要阻燃性能指标达到了国家标准。
In this paper the mechanism of the flame retardant and finishing technology of polycot fabrics are introduced ,and the mixture of flame retardant 、the preliminary treatments of fabrics 、the choice of emulsifier and binder 、the alkali peeling and the effects of bake conditions on the flame retardant are discussed The indices related to the main fire retardancy of the results of experiements reach the standard of the nation
