偏头痛患者血小板和血浆NO/NOS系统变化的研究

摘要 目的 :通过观察偏头痛患者血小板和血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)系统的变化 ,探讨偏头痛可能的发病机制。方法 :分别测定偏头痛患者不同时期血小板、血浆NO生成量和NOS含量 ,并与健康人对照。结果 :偏头痛发作期患者组血浆NO生成量和NOS含量均高于健康人组 (P <0 .0 1) ,发作期组高于间歇期组 (P <0 .0 1) ;偏头痛发作期组和间歇期组血小板NO生成量和NOS含量均高于健康人组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血小板和血浆NO。 Objective: To investigate changes of nitric oxide (NO)/ nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in the platelet and plasma of migraineurs, and to explore the pathogenesis of migraine. Methods: The production of NO and NOS was measured in the platelet and plasma of migraineurs and the control groups. Results: The contents of NO and NOS in the plasma of migraineurs during the period of attack were higher than those in the normal control groups (P<0.01). The contents of NO and NOS in the platelet of migraineurs during the attack and intermittent periods were higher than those in the normal control groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: These results showed that changes of the concentrations of NO and NOS in the plasma and platelet of migraineurs might play an important role in developing migraine.
