摘要
制备大肠杆菌自家苗时,为了达到理想的免疫效果,必须进行大肠杆菌菌数的测定。大肠杆菌悬浮液的吸光度值与其菌数间呈正相关。只需测定细菌悬液的吸光度值,对照标准曲线便可查出对应的细菌数目。该方法与传统的细菌计数方法相比具有简单、快捷的特点。
To achieve an ideal effect of vaccination, Escherichia coli counts must be measured in preparing an own vaccine against fowl Escherichia coli. The value of absorbance for an Escherichia coli suspeasion was positive correlated with its bacterial count. Therefore, corresponding bacterial counts could be ascertained agaiast a standard curve soon after the value of absorbance for the bacterial suspension was measured. Compared with the traditional bacterial count, this method was characterized by simplicity, quickness and convenience.
