消炎利胆片与保胆健素对胆囊炎胆石症的疗效比较

Compare the effect of Xiaoyan lidan tablet and Baodanjiansu tablet on cholecystitis and cholelithogenic

目的 :比较消炎利胆片与保胆健素对胆囊炎胆石症的疗效、副作用及费用。方法 :1 1 6例胆囊炎胆石症患者随机分A、B两组 ,A组 (n =5 8)全部口服消炎利胆片 ;B组 (n =5 8)全部口服保胆健素片。 2组均为门诊治疗 ,疗程 8周。结果 :2组疗效相近 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,A组无明显副作用 ,但B组有1 0例病人发生头痛的症状 (1 7.2 % ) ,B组治疗费用约为A组的 3倍。结论 :消炎利胆片与保胆健素对胆囊炎胆石症的疗效相近 ,但使用消炎利胆片所需费用低 ,副作用小 。

Objective: To compare the effect and side effect of Xiaoyanlidan tablet and Baodanjiansu tablet on cholecystits and cholelithogenic.Method: 116 cases were divided into A and B group respectively, A group took Xiaoyanlidan tablet. B group took Baodanjiansu tablet the courses were 8 weeks.Result: There's no significamce difference between the two group (P>0.05) no side effect in group A while 10 cases in group B had headache(17.2%). The cost in group B is three times of group A.Conclusion: Both of the drug has samia effect while Xiaoyanlidan tablet has a little side-effect, low cast and worth using.
