无固相冲洗液在复杂地层钻进中的应用

Application of solid-free fluids in the difficult formation drilling

钻进松散、破碎、坍塌、水敏等复杂地层,最常用的护壁办法是用泥浆和下套管。穿过复杂地层对泥浆性能要求很高,稍有疏忽就会导致孔内事故,从而增加了其使用难度。无固相冲洗液以其高分子聚合物吸附能力强、胶结性能好、配制使用简便等特点,为解决这些复杂地层钻进问题提供了新的途径。在几个典型矿区分别应用DWY-Ⅱ型、PAA和HJ-1三种无固相冲洗液,成功地解决了复杂地层钻进中护壁、取心等技术难题。

To drill in the uncemented,friable,cavey and water sensitive formation,the most method of protecting wall in the past was using the fine mud and casing.It needs high quality mud to through these difficult formations,any small mistake would led accidents in the hole,this made it more difficult to use.The solidfree fluids have high absorbability of polymer, good adhesive and are easy to use,these helped to give new method for the difficult formation drilling.In several typical ore area,the DWY-Ⅱ type,PAA and HJ-1 solidfree fluids have been used separately and successfully solving the technique problems of protecting wall and coring on the difficult formation drilling.
