88例中老年人动态血压参数与血糖、血脂的相关性分析

Correlation of ambulant blood pressure parameters with blood sugar and lipids in 88 middle-aged and old inpatients

目的 探讨糖脂代谢对动态血压参数的影响。方法 将 1999年 9月～ 2 0 0 2年 10月住院进行过动态血压监测及血糖、血脂检查的中老年患者 ,用多元线性回归 (Forward法 )分析血糖、血脂 7项指标与收缩压、舒张压、脉压、平均动脉压、血压变异的相关性。结果 多元线性回归分析示 :载脂蛋白A(apoA)和收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压之间有显著的负线性相关关系 ,脂蛋白 (a) [Lp(a) ]和收缩压、脉压、平均动脉压之间有显著的正线性相关关系。而血糖和血脂 7项指标中的其余各项指标与收缩压、舒张压、脉压、平均动脉压之间均无统计学意义上显著的线性相关关系。血糖、血脂和血压变异之间无线性相关关系。结论 apoA、Lp(a)和血压之间有线性相关关系 ;apoA、Lp(a)

Objective To investigate the effects of sugar and lipids metabolism on ambulant blood pressure parameters.?Methods The 88 subjects were recruited from our middle-aged and old inpatients monitored from September, 1999 to October, 2002. The data concerning their ambulant blood pressure and blood sugar and lipids were processed with SPSS10.0 software for correlative study by performing multiple linear regression Forward method.?Results Multiple linear regression showed apoA was negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and mean blood pressure (MBP); while LP(a) was positively correlated with SBP, pulse pressure (PP) and MBP. On the other hand, blood glucose and the other members of blood lipid family had no significant linear correlation with the blood pressure parameters. Nor were blood glucose and lipids linearly correlated with blood pressure variability (BPV).?Conclusion apoA and LP(a) are linearly correlated with blood pressure, possibly having important effects on the development and nature of hypertension.
