陕西省商洛市农村孕妇碘营养状况调查

A study of iodine nutrition of pregnant women in Shangluo rural area of Shaanxi Province

目的 了解商洛市农村孕妇碘营养状况及其影响因素 ,评价碘盐干预效果。方法 尿碘测定采用砷 -铈催化分光光度法 ;盐碘测定采用直接滴定法 ;甲状腺检查用触诊法。结果 孕妇尿碘中位数 2 6 8.2 μg/ L,碘盐合格率 99.0 % ,甲状腺肿大率 3.0 %。结论 商洛市农村孕妇群体碘营养水平达到了 WHO/ ICCIDD推荐标准 ,现行盐碘浓度能够满足该市农村孕妇的碘需要 ;

Objective To get the iodine nurishment of pregnant women in Shangzhou and the affecting factors and give an evaluation to iodine interference.Methods Urine iodine was detmermined by evaluation index of arsenic serium catalytic spectro photometry; salt iodine was detmermined by ditrimetrying; thyroid gland was tested by touching.Results Urine iodine averaged was 268.2 μg/L,the salt iodine standard rute reache 99.0% and the goitre rate reached 3.0%.Conclusions The iodine nutrition of the pregnant women in Shangzhou has met the standard recommended by WHO/ICCIDD and the present salt iodine can meet the needs of pregnant women of Shangluo rural area. Pregnant women are the main objects to be watched in iodine nutrition.
