Cloning and expression of human insulin-like growth factorⅡ gene

采用RT-PCR方法成功地从人胎盘组织扩增出hIGF- 基因。将其连入表达载体pET30a(+)质粒中,SDS-PAGE结果证明,pET30a(+)-hIGF- 在大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中获得高效表达,目的蛋白占总菌体蛋白35%左右。

Human IGFⅡ gene was successfully amplified from human placenta with RTPCR method,then cloned it into expression vector:pET30a(+).pET30a(+)hIGFⅡ was highly expressed in BL21(DE3) and the recombinant hIGFⅡ was about 35% of total proteins measured with SDSPAGE.
