摘要
用不同剂量的He-Ne激光辐照白皮松种子,结果表明,与对照相比,各激光处理组的发芽周期可缩短2~5d;20d时的发芽率均较对照有不同程度提高,平均发芽率增加13%~40%;以剂量为1.14J的激光辐照处理效果最好,发芽率可达到74%。
Using HeNe laser,the seeds of Pinus bungeana Zncc is irradiated with different exposure dose,the experimental result shows that the germination time is reduced by 2-5 days compared with the CK group.At 20th day,the mean germination rate of each of the irradiated groups is raised by 13-40 percent.The result of irradiation is the best when the density is 1.14 J,and the germination rate could reach 74%.
