基于GIS的县级耕地开发整理潜力分析及评价——以浙江省仙居县为例

Analysis and Assessment of Land Exploitation and Readjustment Potentiality in County by the Support of GIS Techonology——Taking Xianju County in Zhejiang Province as an Example

土地整理是我国实现耕地总量动态平衡的根本出路,但目前开发整理潜力的估算在我国尚属空白。该文结合浙江省仙居县后备资源调查工作的成果,在GIS的支持下,分析全县的耕地农居点和后备资源情况,以及估算开发整理潜力,为土地利用总体规划和耕地开发整理专项规划奠定了基础。

Land exploitation and readjustment is a basic way to achieve dynamic balance of total cultivated land amount, but the assessment of it's potentiality is vacancy in theoretical and practical operation in our country. This paper takes Xianju County in Zhejiang Province as an example, analyses the condition of cultivated land,village land and reserved land resources and assesses the land exploitation and readjustment potentiality in theory by the support of GIS technology. It will establish base for the special plan of land exploitation and readjustment in Xianju County and is expected to offer finer reference in theoretical and practical assessment of land exploitation and readjustment potentiality in other areas.
