摘要
采用均一沉淀法制备纳米TiO2。分析了影响晶粒径的工艺因素。研究表明通过改变反应物离子浓度、改变表面活性剂DBS和抑制剂H2SO4的加入量以及严格控制工艺参数。如反应时间、洗涤干燥方式和煅烧温度,可以获得颗粒均匀、分散性好的纳米TiO2。
The nanometer-size TiO2 powders was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method with TiOSO4 as raw material and urea as precipitationg agent.The technological factors influencing the diameter of nanometer size TiO2 were reviewed in this paper.Investigation shows that nanometer-size TiO2 powders,which has a narrow size distribution of diameter and a good dispersing property can be obtained by changing the content of Ti4+,urea,H2SO4 and surfactant DBS and controlling rigorously the technological factors,such as the reaction time and calcination temperature.
