摘要 目的 :探讨 s Fas与 s Fas L 在多发性硬化 (MS)发病中的意义。方法 :采用固相酶联免疫分析 (EL ISA)法检测 6 6例MS患者血清 s Fas、s Fas L 水平。结果 :MS患者血清 s Fas、s Fas L 水平均高于健康对照组 ,MS患者活动期 s Fas显著高于缓解期(P <0 .0 1) ,而 s Fas L 水平未见显著差异。在 6 6例 MS患者中 ,有 37例 s Fas和 s Fas L 的水平同时升高。结论 :s Fas水平与 MS的炎症程度有关 ,血清 s Fas、s Fas L 检测有助于对 MS病情进展作出判断 ,并为 Objective:To investigate the role of soluable Fas(sFas)?soluable Fas Ligand(sFasL)in pathogeny of multiple sclerosis(MS) Methods:The leves of sFas and sFasL in serum of 66 patients with MS,25 healthy individuals were measured by an enzyme linked immunosofbent assay(ELISA) Results:The levels of sFas and sFasL in serum isolated from 66 patients with MS were higher than those of healthy individuals.Statistical analysis showed that the serum level of sFas in MS active period were significantly higher than those in remisson period (P<0 01).Simultaneous increase of both sFas and sFasl level were found in the serum of 37MS patients Conclusion:Levels of serum sFas were positively related to inflammatory degree of MS patient.sFas?sFasL might play an important role in the pathogenesis of MS and the measurement of sFas and sFasL is helpful to bio immunological treatment of the MS patient
