摘要
本文对青海湖裸鲤鳞片表面结构进行电镜扫描观察,描述了鳞纹、年轮、副轮、辐射沟和鳞焦的特征。鳞纹光滑无突起,宽窄不一,年轮多为疏密型,由于出现副轮.增加了辩别年轮的难度。辐射沟很浅,鳞焦区域无鳞纹痕迹。
The present paper deals with the scales surface structure of Gymnocypris przewalskii przewalskii by means of the scanning electron microscope,and the characteristics of the scales including circuli,annual-ring,sub-ring,radii and focus were discribed as follows:The circuli appear smoothness but width of circuli differ,most annual ring is the type of dentisity.Because of appearing sub-ring,the difficulty were increased for recognizing annual-ring.Radii is shallower. There ins't trace of circuli at the centre area of scale.
