三种剖宫产术式的对比分析

The comparison of three types of cesarean section

目的 :对比分析三种剖宫产术式的优缺点 ,以便选择适当术式。方法 :将 391例足月妊娠 ,具有手术指征的产妇随机分三组 ,分别采用新式、子宫下段及腹膜外剖宫手术 ,观察每种术式的手术时间、术中出血量、娩头难易、术后进食时间、术后排气时间、术后血尿、导尿管拔除后排尿情况、术后病部及切口愈合情况。结果 :新式剖宫产与子宫下段剖宫产、腹膜外剖宫产相比 ,手术时间、术中出血量、术后进食时间、术后排气时间、术后血尿等均有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Objective:To compare and analyse the merit and shortcoming of 3 types of cesarean section(CS) in order to setect better type Methods:391 pregnancy women with operating indications were randomly divided into three groups:new mode,lower segmental and extrapertitoneal CS.The duration of operation,bleeding volume,difficulties of taking out fetal head,the postoperation period of taking food,breaking wind,morbidity after operation were compared Results:It showed significant diffefence in the duration of operating,bleeding volume, difficuties of taking out fetal heads between the new mode and the lower segmental CS(P<0 01),and also the extraperitoneal CS(P<0 01) Conclusion:The new mode CS is the better type
