对酮粉法测定奶牛尿液、乳汁中酮体的评价

EVALUATION OF MODIFIED ROTHERA'S METHOD FOR SEMI-QUANTITATIVELY DETERMINING KETONE BODY LEVELS IN COW'S MILK AND URINE

对西宁地区451头奶牛的部份尿、乳样品中的酮体,先用酮粉法进行半定量测定,根据反应颜色深浅判为(-)、(±)、(+)、(++)、(+++)、(++++),然后再用水杨醛比色法进行定量测定,以期对酮粉法进行评价。结果表明:尿酮被测定为(-)、(++)、(+++)和(++++)者与定量测定结果一致,其余结果不一致,乳酮除测定为(±)者外,均与定量测定结果一致。

Modified Rothera's Method(MRM)—a ketone-body semi-quantitative determination method,was evaluated by comparison with the ketone-body quantitative determination called sulicyladehyde chromometry. The majority of ketone-body levels in milk and urine in part of 451 dairy cattle in Xining area were at first determined as (-), (±), (+), (++), (+++)and (++++)respectively according to tints of reactive colour by MRM and were then determined by salicyladehyde chromometry. The results revealed that some urine ketone-body values determined as (-), (++), (+++) and (++++) were associated with that from quantitative determination, but other values were not. All milk ketone-body values except for determined as (±)were associated with that from quantitative determination.
