摘要
在猪中流行的腹泻病,长期被列为我省可疑疫病。据海东6县和西宁市等20多个乡的调查结果表明,仔猪及架子猪的发病率和死亡率较高,具有明显的发病季节和固有的周期性,传播迅速。流行猛烈,有一定的危害性。根据流行病学调查、病原诊断和高免血清保护试验结果,确诊青海地区猪中流行的腹泻为猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)引起的猪流行性腹泻病。
A epidemic diarrhea in pigs in Qinghai province had been regarded as a suspended epidemic disease for long time. The investigation results from 20 townships in six counties of Haidong and xining area showed that this disease had relatively high morbidity and mortality rates in piglings and store pigs. Its occurred seasonally, had the intrinsic cyclicity and being transmitted quickly and violently, and made certain degree of harmfulness. The epidemic diarrhea in pigs in Qinghai region was definately diagnosed as pig epidemic diarrhea disease caused by pig epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV)according to epidemiological investigation, pathogenic diagnosis and the protective experimental results of high immunized serum.
