子宫切除术后患者不同康复阶段知识需求的探讨

Investigation and analysis of heal th knowledge needs among post-hyst erectomy women's at different conv alescent phases

目的 :通过了解子宫切除术后患者不同康复阶段的知识需求状况 ,探讨社区健康教育内容及有效的形式。方法 :采用自设知识需求调查问卷 ,对 60例子宫切除术后患者进行调查 ,分别于手术后 5～ 7天、出院后 1个月、2个月时访视患者并填写问卷。结果 :子宫切除术后患者在不同时期对健康知识的需求不同 ,对教育形式的要求多样化 ,对选择医生或护士作为主要健康教育者差异没有显著性。结论 :子宫切除术后患者的教育应具有阶段性及连续性 ,形式多样化 。
