青海土族蠕形螨感染调查

A SURVEY ON HUMAN DEMODEX INFECTION OF HUZHU DISTRICT IN QINHAI

对青海互助746名土族农民进行人体蠕形螨的流行调查。结果表明:感染率为34.18％,男性37.63％,女性30.75％,男性高于女性(P<0.05)。感染率随年龄增长而升高。通过直接接触或间接接触而传播,人群多为无症状带虫者,应积极进行防治。

In Huzhu area of Qinghai province 746 peasants of the Tu nationality were surveyed for demodex. The results showed: the infection rate was 34.18% (255/746), the infection rate in male and female was 37.63%and 30.75% respectively. There was significantly difference in sex (P<0.05). The infection rate were increased along with age. in order to prevent the infection. the most important thing was pay attention to public and personal hygiene, avoid contact with the patients as well as avoid inderectly transmission.
