摘要 太极拳是中华民族的一项古老的健身项目 ,其功用早已被世界所认可。本文使用一些常用的与平衡能力相关的测试手段 ,分别对老年太极拳练习者和未练习者进行测试 ,然后对各种指标加以对比 ,寻找太极拳对老年练习者平衡能力的影响 ,并进一步对造成这些影响的可能性因素做出分析与评价 ,探讨其机理作用。 Shadowboxing is a kind of old body-building item in the Chinese nation. Its function has long been recognized by the world. This catide adopts some most-in-use testing methods, which are relevant to balancing ability, to test respectindy the senior citizens who are shadowboxing exercisers and the once who are not. By comparing all kinds of indexes, it tries to find the influence of shadowboxing to the balancing ability of senior exercisers, and farther analyses and evaluates the possible factors to these influences, and to probes into its mechanical function.
