从当前中小学体育教学现状看高校体育教育专业的教学改革

Analyses the Teaching Reform of the Specianzed Physical Edutation in University from the Present Condition of the Physical Education Teaching in primary and Secondary School

在新的历史时期 ,研究中小学校体育教学现状对于高等体育教育专业的教学改革十分必要。本文主要采用问卷调查和文献分析等方法对我国 16个省、直辖市、自治区的 2 41所中小学校进行问卷调查和分析 ,发现 :当前中小学校体育教师的教学工作负担过重 ,科研的整体水平偏低 ,法律意识淡薄等不利因素 ;同时提出 :在现阶段的高等体育教学中 ,应当加强对学生科研能力的培养 ,技术教学要突出“多能一专”的教学思想 ,并建议有关部门关注体育教师的“减负”问题。

In present,it is the very important for the high physical education teaching profession to research the present condition of physical education in primary and secondary schoo1s.By the investigation and documents analysis,the author investigates the 241 primary and secondary schoo1s from the l6 provinces,municipal cities,and autonomous regions,and finds that their physical education teaching load is very high,the general research level of sport science is very low,and the 1aw's consciousness is poor inpresent;in the meantime,the author points out that we should enhance to train student’s ability of sport science research,to attach importance to the ideal of“multi-ability and one profession”in teaching course in this time,and also suggests that the relative leadefs and departments must pay close attention to the“reduce load”of physical education teachers.
