试论体育教学中的成功教育

On Success-education in Physical Training

传统的体育教学受“应试教育”的影响 ,无论是在教学指导思想、教学内容和教学方法上已不能适应当前社会的发展和现代教育对素质教育的要求。本文从多学科的角度 ,论述了体育教学中成功教育的特点及其运用措施 ,提出倡导运用“成功教育”的教学模式 ,必须是结合教改教学研究 ,并以学生为主体 ,选择适用的多种教学方法和手段。同时也不能排除“挫折”教育的相辅手段。

With the affect of Examination-education,the teaching theory,materials and methods of the traditional Physical training can not meet the challenge of the society and the quality-education.The thesis studied the characteristics and the strategies of success-education in Physical training.The varied teaching modes of Success-education were employed to carry the teaching reform by the idea of student-subject.However,the Setback-education as a assisting means is not excluded.
