老年人内分泌与微量元素相关性研究

STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ENDOCRINIE AND TRACE ELEMENTZINE IN HAOLTHY AGED PEOPLE

本文对高海拔地区正常老年人男性睾丸酮(T)与微量元素锌(Zn)、血糖水平与铬(Cr)之间的关系进行相关性研究,发现T与Zn元素含量之间呈高度正相关(P<0.001,r=0.4370);血糖水平与Cr元素含量之间呈负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.1863),提示高海拔地区老年人内分泌与微量元素之间关系十分密切。

The contents of trace elements Zine (Zn) . Chromium (Cr)in hair and serum were determined using the ARLmodel 3520 inductively coupled plasma spectrometer.All subjects were old healthy people who lived in the area of 2450 meters above sea level,where the atomospheric pressure was756.6Hpa,there were 54 male(aged 60—80 years)and 59 female ( aged 60—103). The concentration of testosterone and glucose in serum was measured as well. We found that the contents of Zn had a strong corelation to the testosteron in males(P<0.001 ,r=0.4370), Cr was negatively related to the contents of blood sugar (P<0.05,r=-0.1863).Our results showed that there were significant association between the content of Zn in hair and concentration of testosterone in the male subjects,and it also related to the degeneration of sexual gland.Or was invesely association to the contents of blood suqar It provided a new way to the Pathogenesis and theraputics in diabetes, and a new aspect for clue the study of geotology and medicine of high altiude.
