先天畸形致畸因素的Logistic回归分析

THE LOGISTIC PERESSION MODEL ANALYSIS FOR THE RISL FACTORS OF THE CONGENITAL MALFORMATIONS

为探讨对西宁地区先天畸形发生情况,了解本市人口素质现状,探索影响人口素质的各种诱因以及规划先天畸形的防治措施,本文采用单因素及多因素条件Logistic回归分析方法对西宁市4所医院1986.10—1988.9出生的149例先天畸形儿作了1:1配比的病例对照研究。结果发现,母亲怀孕前后三个月患病、化学暴露和畸形家族史与先天畸形的发生关系密切;而且暴露危险因素数目增加时,畸形发生的危险性亦随之增大。

In order to investigate the association between congenital malformations(CM)as well as other causative agents,a case control study on CM with 149 matched pairs was carried out in Xining city,Qinghai province. The available data were analysed by means of monofactorial and multifactorial methods, the latter was fitted in with the conditional logistic regression model. The results showed that X_1,X_3and X_(10)had always given the higher coorelation to the CM. The cooperative effect of the two or more than two factors risk factors also increased the risk of the CM.
