摘要
采用AFS - 2 2 0 2型双通道原子荧光光度计测定人参中的砷。用HNO3-HCLO4( 1 0 :1 )混合酸消化样品 ,等样品消化完全之后 ,加入 5 %g/ml硫脲 - 5 % g/ml抗坏血酸 ,以 2 %硼氢化钾 (KBH4)为还原剂 ,来测定砷的含量。
As in ginseng can be quantitied by AFS-2202 type atomic fluorometer,followed by with 1g of ginseng powder,digested in mixed solution of HNO 3-HCLO 4(10:1),after that,pouring 2.5ml mixed solution of 5% thiourea and 5% Vitamine C and taking reactive reagent of 2% KBH 4 into it for testing.The method has a advantagious of fast sensitive,high repeatibility and low disturbance.
