摘要
目的 :测定三七颗粒饮片中总皂甙的含量。方法 :用大孔吸附树脂富集法纯化总皂甙 ,比色法测定。结果 :三七颗粒饮片中三七总皂甙的含量为 36.63～ 36.73mg/g。结论 :本法简便 ,可行 。
determine quantification of total saponins of panax notoginseng(PNS) in Panax notoginseng(PNG) grains drink slice.Method:with the big ore the resin enrich togather PNS,to turn PNS purely,thus be detexnined by the spectrometry.Result:quantification of PNS in PNG grains drink slice is in the range of 36.63～36.73mg/g.Conclusion:the method is simple and accurate,can be provided as the quality control method.
