摘要
组织工程化角膜的研究开展至今已取得长足的进步。在以往的体外单层组织构建的基础上 ,正逐渐向三维体系的多层结构深入 ,在功能和结构上越来越接近于正常的角膜组织。各种细胞共培养技术的改进和新型载体材料的应用也有力地推动其进一步完善。
There is significant progress has been made in corneal tissue engineering. Furthermore, corneal engineering has developed from monolayer culture to threedimensional culture, and the engineered tissue becomes more close to the structure and function of normal cornea. Its further advancement has been promoted by the coculture technique and application of new biomaterials.
