颈动脉体的形态计量学方法

THE MORPHOMETRICAL METHOD FOR THE STUDY OF THE CAROTID BODIES

对二维形态结构进行定量测量,并利用二维测量信息推论三维结构的科学称为形态计量学(morphometry)。这一学科在生物医学中得到了广泛的应用。本文作者在近期开展的颈动脉体研究课题中采用了这一方法,并结合我地区实际条件,推出了应用上的一些经验和方法。本文从动物取材、器官定位、切片与染色、视野和选择、测试格的规格和制作、观察的方法、放大倍数、点计数的内容、测量参数的选择及运算方法及统计学处理等方面进行了阐述。

The quantitative measurements of the two dimensional structures and its inference to the three dimentional structures is called morphometry. This method is widely used in the bio—medical fields. The authors applied the method in their newly conducting programms about the carotid body. Some new experiences and methods were developed according to the practical conditions of the local region. The article includes material drawing,localization of the organ in embedding, slicing,staining,selection of microfields,the specification and preparation of the test grids,magnification, contents of point-counting,the selection and calculation of the parameters,and the statistical analyses.
