离心泵辅助循环5例报告

5 Cases of Assisted Circulation with a Centrifugal Pump

目的 评估离心泵在临床辅助循环手术中的使用价值。方法 本文回顾性地分析了应用离心泵进行辅助循环的病例资料。其中心脏移植术后行右心辅助 1例 ;左心转流下行降主动脉手术 4例。结果 5例患者均顺利脱离辅助循环 ,其中右心辅助时间长达 12 0小时。结论 离心泵辅助循环的应用 ,使心脏移植术后肺动脉高压、降主动脉瘤和一些晚期食管癌侵及降主动脉的患者 。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the application of centrifugal pump in assisted circulation. METHODS Review and analyse clinical data of circulation support with centrifugal pump, 1 case of right heart assist after transplantation and 4 cases of left heart assist in descending aortic operation. RESULTS All cases were successfully weared. Right heart assist circulation was sustained for as long as 120 hours. CONCLUSIONS With applying of circulatory support with a centrifugal pump, more timely and more effective surgical therapy will be done for the patients with pulmonary hypertension after heart transplantation, descending aortic aneurysm and carcinoma of esophagus invasing descending aorta.
