多糖的抗肿瘤作用研究进展

Progress in Antitumor of Polysaccharides

多糖生物学是生命科学的新前沿。多糖的抗肿瘤作用受到了广泛的重视 ,在临床获得了有效应用。文章综述了具有抗肿瘤作用的多糖及多糖的抗肿瘤机制 。

As one of most important components in creatures, polysaccharides are constituted with monosaccharose through glucosidic bond, and they have very important bioactivities. In the past 20 years, the activities of antitumor of polysaccharides have been confirmed by most of researchers. Many scientists focused their studies on the antitumor activities of polysaccharides and its action mechanisms, and the results of clinic usages confirmed the activities of polysaccharides. Combined with our researches, the antitumor activities of polysaccharides and their action mechanisms are reviewed in this paper.
