摘要  《生活技能训练》课程是美国针对青少年成瘾性不良行为而设计开发的,该课程的核心内容是如何培养青少年良好的健康行为和社会生活技能,课程目的是促进青少年健康发展。该课程主要采用参与互动式的教学策略。 The Life Skills Training-Promoting Health and Personal Development has been designed for problem of America teenager substance abuse. Its key content is how to train the best healthy behaviors and social life skills for teenager. The main purpose of this training program is promoting adolescent's development with a healthy way. The teaching strategy used with participating and inter-active way in the training class.
