摘要
目的 金荞麦 [Fagopyrumcymosum(Trev .)Meisn]在中国长期以来一直用于治疗肺部的各种疾病 ,包括肺癌。本研究主要探讨金荞麦是否对其它器官具有疗效。方法 取 10种来源于不同组织器官的人体癌细胞 ,研究金荞麦对这些癌细胞生长的影响。结果 金荞麦对来源于肺、肝、结肠、白细胞和骨骼的癌细胞的生长具有抑制作用 ;而来源于前列腺、子宫颈、卵巢及脑的癌细胞对金荞麦不敏感 ;金荞麦提取物能刺激乳癌细胞 (MCF 7)的生长。金荞麦和道诺霉素对人肺癌细胞(H460 )的生长呈现协同抑制作用。用 2D 凝胶蛋白电泳的方法对经金荞麦处理后的H460细胞蛋白进行分析 ,发现金荞麦能诱导某种蛋白 (M .W ./ pI =2 0K/ 5.9)的出现。用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法分析金荞麦提取物 ,鉴定出 4种主要成分和 2 0种次要成分。
ObjectiveFagopyrum cymosum (Trev.) M eisn has long been used in China to treat various ailments of the lung, includin g lung tumors. This study investigated whether Fagopyrum cymosum extract (Fa go-c) has effects on other organs. MethodsHuman cance r cells derived from 10 different organs were employed, and their growths as aff ected by Fago-c were investigated. ResultsIt was foun d that the growth of cancer cells from lung, liver, colon, leukocytes and bone i s inhibited by Fago-c. However, cancer cells derived from prostate, cervix, ova ry and brain are not sensitive to Fago-c, and the extract stimulates the growth of cancer cells from breast (MCF-7). Synergistic inhibition effect of Fago-c and daunomycin was observed in human lung cancer cells (H460). Cellular proteins from H460 cells treated with Fago-c were analyzed by 2D-gel electrophoresis. A protein (M.W./pI =20 K/5.9) was induced. The Fago-c extract was analyzed by H igh Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Four major and twenty minor compon ents were identified. ConclusionThese studies indicate the effect of Fago-c in inhibiting the growth of cell lines derived from certa in organs.
