摘要
在第 10届冬季运动会比赛中采用现场观测、走访调查和录像分析等方法 ,对速滑短距离项目起跑、5 0 0 m后程降速和全能项目的单腿支撑能力、弯道滑行能力等 8项技术指标进行了统计分析。结果表明 ,短距离比赛中 ,有 1/ 2运动员预备姿势不够正确 ,大部分运动员 5 0 0 m的最后 10 0 m降速明显 ,10 0 0 m与 5 0 0 m运动员得分差较大 ;全能运动员右腿支撑平衡能力、弯道滑行能力较差。据此提出了转变训练观念和进行系统训练等对策。
During the Competition of 10 th National Winter Games,this paper makes statistical analysis on start of sprint event at speed skating,speed declining of 500 m at second half distance,ability of single leg support of all-round events,8 technical indexes of speed ability at curve by using the method of observation,investigation and video analysis.The result shows that half of total sprinters should improve their starting position,most sprinters' speed decline obviously in the last 100 m for 500 m.There is great different for score between 500 m and 1 000 m.All-round sprinters cannot make a good weight transfer on their right leg.According to it,some training ideas and systematic countermeasure are put forwarded.
