摘要
国家的信息化建设是一个涵盖范围很广的课题 ,很难用简短的文字来说明。本文另辟蹊径 ,选择1993～ 2 0 0 2年的《中华人民共和国国务院公报》作为数据来源 ,通过分析历年的政府工作报告、统计公报以及相关的法律法规、命令、文件等 ,对我国近十年来的信息化发展进程进行了初步探析。
This paper selects state councils gazette from 1993 to 2002 as the source of data,on the basic of analyzing the government work report,the statistics report and laws,codes,commands,documents enacted during these years,examines the devlopment process of informationization in China in the past ten years.
