摘要
通过三年退耕还林 (草 )工程示范小区建设 ,分析了工程对土地利用状况、种植结构、产业结构和农村经济的影响 ,对退耕还林 (草 )工程进行了效益评价 ,认为退耕还林 (草 )工程进一步解放了劳动力 ,经济建设建立在稳定的生态环境基础 ,不会导致农村经济衰退或农民减收 ,而且有利于农村经济的发展 ,农村经济结构更趋于合理。
Project Demonstration plot of coverting the land for forestry or grass were built for 3 years, performing effect on land utilized condition,construction of planting, industrial construction and rural economy were analysed. Economic results of converting the land for forestry or grass project were evaluated.It is considered that labour productivity was liberated further by converting the land for forestry or grass project.Economic construction were established on base of stable ecologic envivonment.Rural economy and farmers income will be increased.Rural economy will be developing further.Rural economic construction will be more reasonable. \ \
