摘要
综述了聚合醇作为水基钻井液处理剂的开发背景 ,国外现有聚合醇主要剂种的化学结构及推荐用途 (列表 ) ,聚合醇的主要物化性质溶解性和浊点 ,聚合醇的抑制机理 (渗透说 ,浊点说 ,吸附说 )及国外 3种应用效果良好的聚合醇钻井液体系 (聚合醇 /氯化钾 /聚合物、聚合醇 /沥青、聚合醇 /羟基铝体系 )。表 1参 12。
The background of developing polyglycols as additive for water base drilling fluids, the chemical structure and recommended uses of main sorts of commercial polyglycols abroad (in a table), solubility and cloud point as basic physico chemical properties of polyglycols, inhibition mechanisms by polyglycols (concepts of permeation, of cloud point and of adsorption), and 3 effective drilling fluid systems based on polyglycols developed abroad (polyglycol/potassium chloride/polymer, polyglycol/asphalts, and polyglycol/hydroxy aluminum systems) are reviewed.
