Thoughts and countermeasures for forestry industry development in Hunan Province

林产工业的加速发展对实现全面建设小康社会经济目标具有重要意义。湖南省林产工业发展的基本思路是:以产业化带动现代化,建立比较完善的林业生态体系和比较发达的林业产业体系;抓好工业原料林基地建设、企业改革和产业结构调整,培植林板业、林纸业、林化业,促进全省林产工业健康、协调、快速发展。结合思路,对加快湖南林产工业发展提出对策。

The forestry industry development played an important part in achieving social economy targets.The basic thoughts of forestry industry development in Hunan were to build a perfect ecological forest system and modern forestry industry system.Strengthening the management would improve industry material forest bases through reform in enterprises and adjustment of industry construction.A build up of the wood,paper and forestry chemistry industry should accelerate the forestry industry development. This development needs to occur healthily, rapidly and be coordinated.
