塑料异型材挤出模CAD系统研究

针对单一熔体中空型材,提出了塑料异型材挤出模CAD系统的总体框架.介绍了塑料异型材挤出模主要设计参数的算法,提出了基于知识的内筋供料方式智能选择方法,建立了包含多种制模和修模参数的工程数据库,论述了CAE技术的运用.该系统对塑料异型材挤出模的设计具有一定的指导作用.

Aiming at the hollow profile of single plastics, a CAD system for the plastic profile extrusion die is presented. The algorithm on the main design parameters is introduced, and the knowledge-based way to choose material-provided method for inner-ribs intelligently is put forward, then the engineering database with parameters of molding and fixing is built. The use of CAE is discussed. The results indicate that the CAD system is helpful to the design of the plastic profile extrusion die.
