摘要 介绍了电弧沉积与强流脉冲电子束后处理相结合的表面复合处理工艺,并应用在20钢和H13钢的表面快速合金化.首先采用电弧离子镀的方法,分别在20钢和H13钢表面沉积了约30和10μm厚的纯铝层;然后用强流脉冲电子束对铝膜进行后处理,铝在电子束瞬间加热作用下,熔入基体表面中,实现了表面快速合金化.对处理后的样品进行了氧化性能测试,结果表明,复合处理可以显著提高钢在高温下的抗氧化性能. A composite surface treatment scheme has been developed, which combines arc deposition with highcurrent pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) post treatment. This technique has been applied to the rapid surface alloying by Al of steels. Al coatings were deposited on the steel samples by arc ion plating. The coatings were further bombarded with HCPEB. Due to the rapid surface heating and melting, the Al coatings were melted into the substrate surfaces, leading to a rapid surface alloying effect. Oxidation measurements on the HCPEBtreated samples reveal the improved oxidation resistance at high temperatures as compared with the reference samples.
