摘要 本文以苯甲酸为内标,采用高效液相色谱分析电解硝基苯产物中对氨基酚及硝基苯的含量。紫外检测器检测波长254nm,色谱柱为μ-BondapakC18柱,流动相组成为0.05mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH3.5)+甲醇(70+30,V/V)。实验求得对氨基酚,硝基苯的回归方程分别为y=12.75x+0.60和y=37.46x+3.71。其相关系数分别为0.9995及0.9981。上述待测组分对内标物苯甲酸的相对校正因子分别为2.42和0.162。 The contents of paminophenol and nitrobenzene in the electrolytic solution were determined by HPLC with μBondapak C18 column,UV detection at 254 nm, and benzoic acid as internal standard. The mobile phase was made up of methanol+0.05 mol/L(pH3.5)monopotassium phosphate buffer solution (30+70,V/V).The regression equation of paminophenol, benzoic acid and nitrobenzene were y=12.75x+0.60, y=19.94x-1.69 and y=37.46x+3.71, respectively. Their correlation coefficient were 0.9995, 0.9983 and 0.9981.Their relative corrective factor to the internal standard substance were 2.42, 0.162.
