摘要
针对谐波齿轮传动的特点,该文提出一种用谐波齿轮传动代替机器的一般齿轮传动的方案。这种方案能够改善混凝土钻孔机中传动系统的稳定性,同时也可以达到减轻其减速器的质量、减小体积的目的。文中对谐波齿轮传动的啮合参数进行了优化设计。
In the light of the characteristics of harmonic gear drive,a designing plan of using harmonic gear drive to take the place of general gear drive in the concrete driller is put forward. The stability of the transmission system is improved,and the weight and volume of the reducer are reduced at the same time. Meshing parameters in harmonic gear drive are optimized in the paper.
