摘要 在汽车齿轮箱的装配过程中,一些汽车厂家用气枪来拧紧齿轮箱凸缘螺母,这种操作方式工人劳动强度大,而且不易实现适度的预紧,致使汽车生产效率低下,装配质量得不到保证。文章针对这种情况,介绍了汽车齿轮箱总成柔性装配线中配备的一种新型的智能型螺母拧紧机,该设备采用工控机控制,智能化测量拧紧扭矩,使齿轮箱凸缘螺母与齿轮箱之间达到一定的预紧力,提高了生产效率和产品质量,是汽车齿轮箱总成装配线中的更新换代产品。 In the assembly of the automobile main gear case,the pneumatic gun is commonly used to tighten the screws,but this kind of operation makes the operators extremely tired,moreover,the right pretightening force can not be gained. Therefore,such operation may cause inefficient production and the assembly quality can not be guaranteed. In this paper,a new screwmachine for tightening the screws is introduced which is fitted on the flexible assembly line of the main gear case. The screwmachine is controlled by an industrial control computer,so it can measure the screwmoment intelligently,and then the appropriate pretightening force can be achieved. Thus the production efficiency and the quality of products can be improved greatly. With stable parameters and reliable performance, the developed machine is worth applying and spreading.
