郁金的裂解色谱指纹图谱及聚类分析 被引量:7

摘要 采用裂解色谱法测定,运用模糊聚类法分析比较各地郁金的指纹图谱,并考察了裂解温度、裂解时间对指纹图谱的影响。结果表明,该方法具有快速、简便、准确等特点;10种样品的指纹图谱有相似性,重现性好;裂解温度、裂解时间分别选择450℃、20s较为合适。 The fingerprints of Curcuma aromatica Salisb from different regions were studied and compared by pyrolysisgas chromatography with fuzzy cluster analysis. The results show that this method has a good reproducibility. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of adjusted retention time of a sample was no more than 25%, and the RSD of Sr was no more than 575%. This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of the traditional Chinese medicines. Pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time played important roles in the experiments, and 450 ℃ and 20 s were selected as the optimized conditions.
