摘要
以快速脂肪提取法代替索氏法提取甲鱼脂肪。采用GC、GC/MS联用机的分析方法 ,分析鉴定了甲鱼油脂中脂肪酸的组成及含量 ,共分离鉴定出 16种脂肪酸 ,其中ω3 脂肪酸 (EPT +DHA +DPA)含量为 8.84 % ,不饱和脂肪酸含量高达 72 .6 6 % ,饱和脂肪酸含量仅为 2 7.34%。
Scallop fat was extracted by means of rapid fat extractor instead of Soxhlet extractor. The constituents and contents of fatty acid for Trionyx sinensis were analyzed by GC and GCMS. Sixteen kinds of fatty acid were separated and identified. The results showed that the contents of ω 3 fatty acid (EPT+DHA+DPA), unsaturated and saturated fatty acid were 8.84%, 72.66% and 27.34% respectively.
