摘要
利用系统聚类法将 6个参试杨树无性系分为 3类 :G1类 ,生长慢 ,抗虫性差的无性系是加杨 ;G2 类 ,生长较快 ,抗虫性较好的无性系有I- 2 14杨和山海关杨 ;G3 类 ,生长快 ,抗虫性好的树种和无性系有毛白杨、冀秦 1号杨、冀秦 2号杨。通过对不同杨树生长和材质因子的遗传变异规律及抗虫性的综合分析 ,认为冀秦 1号杨和 2号杨在抗虫性、生长及材质等方面都达到或超过了对照无性系 ,具有较高的推广价值。
Six clones tested in this study were divided into three groups using method of systematic cluster analysis, namely, fast growing and high resistance to Anoplophora glabripennis (G 3) including three clones such as P. tomentosa, P.×euramericana cv.‘Jiqin-1’and P.×euramericana cv.‘Jiqin-2’, moderate growing and moderate resistance (G 2) including two clones such as P. deltiodes cv.‘shanhaiguanensis’and P.×euraericana cv.‘I-214’, growing slowly and less resistance (G 1) including one clone P. canadensis. Through the comprehensive judgement on growth and wood basic properties, such as resistance to A. glabripenni, growth, stem form and genetic variations, P.×euramericana cv.‘Jiqin-1’and P.×euramericana cv.‘Jiqin-2’were sifted as improved poplar clones with high resistance to A. glabripennis, fast growth and fine wood properties, which should be popularized over large areas.
