Alukerqing Banner is one of the most important distribution areas of natural Chinese ephedrn(Ephedrn sinica)ahuang.Distribution areas of Mahuang have rapidly decreased in the region ,in the meantime ,the quantity of Mahuang have also decreased and it is facing a danger of extinction duo to grassland deterioration for many years.In order to protect diversity of creatures and intensify construction of ecology and improve sustainable exploitation of Mhuang resources ,the Banner govemment have decided to tap effectively waste mountain and slope to develop Mahuang industry so that a simple of ecological and economical effect will be set up.
