摘要
恒流供油液静压支承是液静压支承两大供油方式之一 ,主要特点是支承油囊的油直接由一个油泵供给而没有中间环节 ,因而系统非常简单也不会堵塞失效 ,但关于此类液静压支承的静、动态性能尚未见报道。本文提出了这类液静压支承的静态性能新表达式 ,计算结果证明 :它的静态与动态性能与恒压供油毛细管节流液静压支承近似 ,因此可以说静态性能欠佳 ,动态性能优良。由于这类液静压支承静态性能欠佳 ,在外加载荷作用下其轴心偏移偏大 ,因而不宜用于运动精度要求较高的机床。
Hydrostatic bearing with contant oil blow is a hydrostatic system without restrictor. This system has a good dynamic characteristic, but has not an excellent static characteristic. Hydrostatic bearing without restrictor is very similar to the hydrostatic bearing with capillary restrictor about the static and dynamic characterestics. Hydrostatic bearing without restrictor is a very simple system, but also has a small defect i.e. many stiffness oil tube between pumps to the oil pocket of bearings. These tubes were fit together in difficulties. According to this, the system is unsuitable not only for high accurate spindle and slide way,but also for the middle precision and small maching tools.
